Ha! This is a funny picture. The lighting and the shadow on the temple in the background make it look fake, like as if they are standing in front of a poster or a mock-up display in a museum. Ha!
It does look fake, doesn't it? I assure though, it was a steep rickety climb to the top of that temple. I guess the steps were so steep so the dead bodies wouldn't get stuck half way down after they were sacrificed. Just a guess though.
